  • Confidently start to use your breath, your mind, and your body together to break the exhausting cycle of overexertion.

Why regulating your nervous system matters,

The longer you push through, the harder it becomes to switch it off, (I know you already can feel this)

Your nervous system is at the heart of how you feel, think, and show up, and right now, yours is dysregulated.

These sessions are your reminder that you can feel different.
That you can feel calm, grounded, and clear-headed, even when life is busy.
That when life throws things you can’t control, you still have one area you can control, your own state.

And it doesn’t have to be a huge task or “another thing you don’t have time for”. These sessions I have designed to be, short, simple, and to slot into your life without adding more overwhelm.

I want to show you how, using your breath and your mind, you can regulate your nervous system in a way that seems so simple, yet incredibly powerful.

Over these 6 sessions, you will see why these things have supported you up until now, but are not helpful-

  • Pushing feelings down throughout the day.
  • Overriding our body’s signals.
  • Ignoring what our mind and body are asking for.

Instead, you’ll learn simple, accessible tools you can use anywhere, tools that, once you know how to use them, are genuinely life-changing.

You’ll start to know how to listen to yourself again, respond to what you need in the moment, and finally stop running on autopilot.

Monday Morning's- 7am
